After three years, the merger between Burlington Co-op FCU and NPRD Community FCU, resulting in River-Rail Community FCU, remains strong and “better together.” Our assets are about 28 million with approximately 4100 members.

New Debit Card Reg Creates OPT In Requirement
Because of a new banking regulation, when a debit card or ATM transaction brings you in the negative as of August 15th, 2010, we will not be able to pay your debit card transactions or ATM withdrawals as we have in the past , unless you ask us to do so by choosing to\"opt in”.
