River-Rail Community FCU formerly Burlington Co-op and NPRD Community is now a reality. This means two locations in the Casper area and one in Greybull to serve our members.
Burlington Casper Employees Federal Credit Union was chartered January 21, 1954. At the time of the merger, Burlington had approximately 2,200 members and over 14 million in assets. Burlington Co-op had a community charter accepting membership from anyone living, working, worshiping, or going to school in Big Horn, Converse, or Natrona counties.
NPRD Community was chartered August 2, 1950 originating with the Bureau of Reclamation in Casper. NPRD evolved to add a community charter, and membership stood at 1,600 with approximately $10 million in assets.
River-Rail offers many benefits at each of its three branches.
New Debit Card Reg Creates OPT In Requirement
Because of a new banking regulation, when a debit card or ATM transaction brings you in the negative as of August 15th, 2010, we will not be able to pay your debit card transactions or ATM withdrawals as we have in the past , unless you ask us to do so by choosing to\"opt in”.
